Buildertrend is now our primary platform for warranty claims to ensure accurate tracking and timely service. That said, if you need help or prefer to speak to someone, feel free to call our Warranty team, and we’ll assist you with your submission.

Please provide a clear description of the issue and any supporting photos or videos. The more detail you include, the better we can assist you.

Our Warranty Admin monitors claims throughout the day. You’ll receive a confirmation once your claim is received, followed by scheduling updates within one business day.

You can submit multiple issues but please submit one claim per issue to help our team accurately log and address each item.
Additionally, multiple issues can often be handled during the same appointment, depending on the nature of the work. Our scheduling team will coordinate accordingly once your claims are submitted.
