Construction Project Manager
Pro Made Homes is expanding our territory and team! If you have great leadership, organizational skills and good experience in the construction industry, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level as a Construction Project Manager in Deer Park, WA. This position ensures projects are delivered successfully and on time. You will collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to define project needs and oversee project completion and performance. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, realtors, and Homeowners. To succeed, it is important to know how to implement quality, health, and safety standards onsite. Candidates will need to have proven experience and have professional references.
Responsibilites- Job Site Setup - Coordinating with suppliers, contractors
- Safety - Aware of state and federal safety standards, accountability for safety of subdivision
- Customer Service - Communicating with realtors, homeowners, attend homeowner orientations
- Quality Control - Reviewing plans, familiar with building codes, workmanship standards
- Scheduling - Inspections, subcontractors, and final walk throughs
- Budgeting - Onsite inventory management
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Construction and Supervision Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
