We just purchased a pro made home and have had a wonderful experience with Victor, he has gone above and beyond to help us with minor touch ups and other things that we missed on the punch list. He is so friendly and attentive, and if he says he is getting something done he gets it done. I wouldn’t choose another builder but pro made, very good quality and finishes. Another thing I should mention when we had that big wind storm a few weeks ago a chunk of shingles blew off, he immediately got someone to come and fix it. That’s what I call efficiency. He even stated after snow melted he will come again to make sure they did a good job with replacement of the roof. Also when the snow melted next to the easement it covered our driveway and home with dirt the owner himself Russ with Victor stated it was unacceptable and will have someone come clean and add more rockery to the easement so this wouldn’t happen in the future. You can tell they were just as upset as we were but they got the job done again due to their efficiency and pride in work.

Paul was great to work with. He guided us along every step of the process of getting our house built. There were no issues with the home after moving in! Michael was also extremely helpful over the past year with our minor warranty issues. Great team that builds a quality home. Thanks again!

Our home turned out fantastic!! We went to almost every construction company in the Tri-Cities area that was within our budget. This is our very first home and we decided to build it with Pro Made. We loved multiple floor plans but one really stuck out to us which was the 1938. It is a wonderful floor plan with a ton of storage space and room to entertain! The Southridge Estates location made me really decide that this is who we needed to build with, it truly is the perfect location. The builder was so kind and generous with us throughout our build. My one big request was white windows and he decided to give it to us with no extra charge. The builder also threw in installation in our walls in the garage and backyard landscaping. These are HUGE gifts that we are super grateful for and appreciated so much. I’d highly recommend building with them!
