We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Property Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of property management experience who takes pride in providing exceptional resident service while maintaining a high-performing rental portfolio.

Success in this role includes maintaining a 100% occupied portfolio, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring properties are professionally managed. This position reports directly to the Property Management Supervisor.
Oversee the daily operations of a residential property portfolio.
Maintain a 100% occupied portfolio by ensuring vacancies are marketed immediately, prospective tenants are followed up promptly, and turnovers are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
Coordinate maintenance vendors and ensure repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.
Prepare lease renewals, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and assist with leasing activities.
Maintain accurate tenant files, property records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Regularly monitor competing rental properties, pricing, and market trends to keep the portfolio competitive.
Work closely with the marketing team by providing property updates, availability, and accurate listing information.
Communicate regularly with and report directly to the Property Management Supervisor regarding portfolio performance, occupancy, maintenance issues, and resident concerns.
Perform other property management duties as assigned.
3+ years of residential property management experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

PRO MADE HOMES is a local homebuilder of Tri-Cities, WA. We are expanding our planning team! Our team has an opportunity available for an experienced AutoCAD Drafter/Designer. This position requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and industry standard design software (AutoCAD).
The CAD drafter will be responsible for the design and development of drawings, plans, schematics, and other documents.

Design and develop new single-family home plans and product lines.
Prepare complete construction documents for permit submittals.
Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and site-specific plan revisions.
Coordinate with engineering consultants, surveyors, and local jurisdictions as needed.
Revise plans based on field feedback, code requirements, and customer selections.
Ensure plans comply with applicable building codes and local regulations.
Assist in standardizing construction details and maintaining plan libraries.
Work closely with construction, estimating, and management teams to improve buildability and efficiency.
Experience working for a residential home builder or residential architectural firm.
Experience designing production homes or subdivision product lines.
Familiarity with Washington State permitting requirements is a plus.
3 years of residential drafting or residential architectural design experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience is a plus
Experience preparing permit-ready residential construction plans.
Knowledge of IRC residential building codes and residential construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and structural drawings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
